In 2016, my mom and I were wandering through the Ponce City Market in Atlanta, and we stumbled upon a little gem of a shop, Bitters 18:21.
Emptying for the day, the market buzzed with a quiet energy that matched our curiosity: What on earth is this?
Good question — that intrigue sparked the journey to The Bitters Reality. It dawned on us that designing a cocktail wasn't just about the drink, it was about connecting, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories.​
